I created this poster for a personal project as a gift to my D&D group leading up to a special game. I gathered two existing official assets for the main image that I then cut out and color-corrected so that Vampire Lord Strahd and Castle Ravenloft have the same color system and value. As for the type, I wanted to use something that would give the poster a vintage appearance, so I landed on using Baskerville URW for the header and subheader, and Helvetica Neue for the billing copy. I then added the respective logos of D&D and Wizards of the Coast to stand in for studio logos. Lastly, I added a layer of distressing to make the entire layout look aged and folded to further lend to the vintage appearance I wanted.
